Salesforce Acquires Regrello to Advance Intelligent Process Automation

Salesforce has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Regrello, an innovative AI-driven solution designed to automate complex business processes. Regrello’s technology transforms traditional business data into agile, adaptive workflows, helping organizations identify inefficiencies and respond rapidly to changing market conditions.

Following the acquisition, Regrello will be seamlessly integrated with Salesforce products, including Agentforce and Slack, enabling customers to automate manual tasks, accelerate critical processes, and improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

This acquisition aligns with Salesforce’s vision of the “agentic enterprise”, where human expertise and artificial intelligence work together to achieve outcomes that neither could accomplish alone.

The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter of 2026, will be funded with cash on hand, and will not impact the company’s Fiscal Year 2026 guidance.
